My Mission

You might be feeling down on yourself right now or frustrated with your current situation. It might be a struggle to make it through the day at school or work, interact with family and friends, or manage daily activities. Are you upset and irritable because you can’t seem to cope like you did before? Have things been feeling pretty bad for a while, despite everything you’ve tried? Reaching out for support and an objective perspective is a smart and brave move when things are not going well. I’d love to discuss how we can work together on coping skills, finding solutions, and fostering lasting changes in your life and relationships.

I’m a warm, open-minded therapist who enjoys working with people ages 6 years through adult who would like to focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, lack of motivation, boundary setting in relationships, and communication skills. With me, you are in the driver’s seat, and I ride shotgun to help navigate obstacles along the way.

I take pride in building a strong relationship of trust through humility, warm humor and complete acceptance of clients for who they are. I also have a strengths-based perspective, so instead of focusing only on what’s not working, I also leverage what is working for you right now to help improve other areas of your life.
